Shipping Process

After the payment for your order has been received, processing usually takes 2–3 business days.
Once processed, your parcel is carefully prepared and handed over to one of our reliable courier partners (GLS or FedEx).
Our system automatically selects the most suitable courier service for your order.

Shipping of Live Plants

Live plants are shipped only on Monday and Tuesday.

Shipping takes place only after payment has been received.

This service is available in Austria and Germany.

After Tuesday, we no longer dispatch live plants to avoid weekend storage, which could damage the plants. In such cases, your package will be sent the following Monday.

Cash on Delivery for Live Plants

Cash on delivery is not available for live cannabis plants, as returned parcels would risk damaging the plants’ health and freshness.

Delivery Time

Depending on the courier service, delivery takes 2–3 business days, but the full process may take up to 7–14 days — especially for live plants or larger orders.

Packaging & Discretion

All our parcels are discreet, with no external markings.
Products are packaged securely with shock-resistant materials to ensure safe arrival.
